Privacy policy
This policy describes how Fullbooking SRL collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected
When you fill in our contact form, we collect: your name, your email address, your company (optional) and the content of your message. No advertising tracking cookie is used on this site.
Purposes
Your data is used only to reply to your request, send you a quote or arrange a meeting. It is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when submitting the form, and on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) if you become a client.
Retention period
Non-converted requests are deleted within 24 months. Client data is kept for 10 years after the end of the relationship for accounting and legal reasons (art. III.86 Belgian Economic Code).
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition and portability over your data. To exercise: privacy@fullbooking.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Sub-processors
We use OVHcloud (European hosting, French datacenters) for hosting, and the server's PHP mailer for message transmission. No transfer outside the EU for your form data.
